Now I exercise for just 10 minutes before breakfast, lunch, and dinner. My #1 thing for loosing weig...This is a great list. My #1 thing for loosing weight is small meals. Eating like 6 times a day but snacks and small meals. That way you don't get super hungry and eat a lot.
