Sometimes I think I will give it up, but then God will reveal something to me the next day and learn from Him all over again. I cant quit....none of us can. Thank you for your post today and a good reminder.<br />Ramblings of a Retired Ladyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10983190448035117259noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3033320547792994210.post-90312078300349456712017-02-16T11:24:20.496-05:002017-02-16T11:24:20.496-05:00Negativity can cripple me at times especially faci...Negativity can cripple me at times especially facing the unknown. Thank you for this post. I have read the Bible all the way through but it felt like a duty and obligation and I haven't followed a Bible reading program since. I've started a couple since then but I prefer to read one book at a time and look deeply into it. The trouble for me is getting myself to get unbusy enough to sit down and do it!Melaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14483833008527417306noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3033320547792994210.post-43877377606333031352017-02-16T11:13:31.616-05:002017-02-16T11:13:31.616-05:00Another good message! I found myself doing the same thing...hurrying through just because I had to if I was going to read the bible in it's entirety. Didn't think I would ever get through Judges-Nehemiah....and getting through the prophets was a slow go for sure. Mostly because some of it was hard to understand. Although I did fall in love with Isaiah during this time. The New Testament was awesome and I moved right through at a good pace. But mercy...the NT is all about our Lord and Savior and the Good News of His Word.Visits With Maryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06606696720339004295noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3033320547792994210.post-9991646550281819512017-02-16T11:06:28.914-05:002017-02-16T11:06:28.914-05:00Oh Ms. Deb, don't I find myself in the places ...Oh Ms. Deb, don't I find myself in the places that you feel God is pointing out to you?! May I be as honest as you...and not try to sweep things under the rug, pretending to have dealt with it when in reality it needs to be confessed and dealt with that God can begin the healing in that spot in my heart. Wonderful post, my friend.Diannahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15916346102440260126noreply@blogger.com
