We just got home from listening to David Ring. WOW!!! That's about all I have to say. What an awesome message he brought. I wish every single person I know could have came and listened to him speak and to hear his testimony. The one thing that really stood out to me is how God has a plan....a plan for each of us....and that sometimes we get in His way and won't let Him have His way with us!!! He said something else that really struck home with me....about how when we get to heaven...what if God shows us blessings that we missed because of times that we got in His way...or didn't obey Him. Jess was with me and I leaned over and told her that is something that has concerned me. I was walking one morning and very distinctly remember thinking something along those lines....if I hadn't done such-and-such what blessings would God have had for me!!!
Please, please don't be like me.
Don't ever stand in God's way because He wants only the best for us. If you feel God leading you to do something...say something....hold a position in your church....whatever it might be....listen to Him....He has something wonderful in store for you!!!

ReplyDeleteI called my Mom as soon as I left and I was still crying.....I couldn't even describe it to my Mom because I was so emotional. David Ring really Blessed me and inspired me last night. I'm so thankful that you invited me to your church to hear him, I would have really missed out on something special, if I had not gone.
