I want to thank.....

.....Ms. Janet Ruth @ Along the Way for this precious award!!!

I'm supposed to tell 7 things about myself that you might not already know....
....so here goes:

1.  I am the proud Nannie to 2 adorable GRAND-sons.
(oh.....have I already mentioned that before?
Only about a thousand times, you say!!!)

2.  Since Janet Ruth spoke about her hair....it reminded me....that I really do like my gray hair.  I know I would look younger if I dyed it....but I figure I've earned every single one of 'em!!!

Proverbs 16:31 (NLT)
Gray hair is a crown of glory; it is gained by living a godly life.

(I'll have to totally disagree with the "b" part of that verse, though....I did not gain mine by living a godly life!!!)

3.  My eyes are the exact same color as my Dad's....and sometimes when I look at myself in the mirror (like to rub the hide off of a burn)....
....I see him!!

4.  I haven't drank a Diet Mountain Dew since February 16th.  It took me 3 weeks to quit craving them.  I think if I tried one now, it would set me on fire!!!

5.  I don't like to go across bridges....it could be because I have such a huge fear of water....which could be because when my Dad tried to teach me to swim...he chose the OCEAN....not any calm, still water...like a pool....no, my Dad had a sense of humor and chose the OCEAN!!!!!

6.  I love being outside....and I love to push mow!!
I know....you probably think I'm a nut....but I LOVE IT!!!

7.  I love wearing sun visors....even in the dead of winter....as a matter of fact....I have one on right this very minute!!!!  Do you think I could dress them up enough to wear to church?!?!?!

I want to share this award with everybody who is so faithful to read my blog
(even if you never leave me a comment or send me an e-mail....just kidding....sorta....kinda....
....okay, not really!!!)

Blessings to you!!!

In His Most Precious Love....and with mine!!!
