Word Filled Wednesday

This verse of scripture speaks to my heart because of my love of music.
The Holy Spirit seems to have settled right down on our choir at church....their voices are blending so well....and they sound AMAZING!!!
I feel like the music that we hear before the pastor gets up to deliver his message from the Lord....well, I think the music just sort of sets the tone....gets our hearts ready....to be more receptive to
HIS WORD!!!

My HOPE is that all of us will take the time to sing to the Lord....
....because all of us can make a joyful NOISE!!!
;)

Psalm 100:1
Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands.

HOPE each of you have a Wednesday full of God's blessings!!!

In His Most Precious Love....and with mine!!!

  1. I think songs of praise and worship has a way of making the grounds of heart soften and receptive to the Word that will be sown through preaching. May His Spirit continue to be pour out in and through your choir.

  2. I am reminded of my Aunt who departed this each quite a ong time ago...When anyone commented on her singing...She said
Make a joyful noise unto the LORD.

LOL She couldn't carry a tune and she knew it but she sang from he heart and it was a blessing to hear her. Even this morning as I think back on those precious memories. Oh, that's another song!
