Chocolate Truffle Wreath

Do y'all even know how much I love chocolate?!?!?
Well, some of you probably do!!!
I've admired the "chocolate truffle" wreaths that I've seen at
Hobby Lobby, but again....just like the forsythia wreath....I wouldn't pay what they wanted, even at 40% off!!!  So....I decided to make my own.  Here's a little tutorial of how to make yours, too!!!

First of all....purchase a bag of plastic eggs.
These came from Dollar Tree.
Spread them all out on newspaper so you can give them a few coats of spray paint....which I already had on hand.
Paint some of them "white chocolate"....
....using cream (almond) paint....
And....paint a few "chocolate"....
While painting these, I kept thinking how these really did look like chocolate!!!
One little tip....don't do this on a windy day....not that I would know anything about that!!!
;-)

Next....find thyself a wreath....preferably, green....but since I'm so cheap, I used what I had on hand....and wrapped it in green ribbon....also on hand.
I know the white still shows thru....but it's gonna get a coat of moss....
Then....start gluing on your chocolate eggs....
Take white and black fabric paint and put white and dark chocolate on your eggs....
....and....
VOILA!!!
You've got yourself a chocolate truffle wreath!!!

Happy crafting!!!

Blessings to you,
