My Mammie called this flower "spider lace"!!

We have a love/hate relationship with these flowers.
I love them....hubby....not so much!!!

They seed down and when they come up....they're EVERYWHERE....which is why hubby doesn't like them.
I adore them....simply because they originally came from my paternal grandmother....plus....they're purple!!!
Anybody want some seeds?!?!?
They're great to plant down a fence row.
And....if you don't want them everywhere....they're easy to pull up when they first start sprouting in the spring!!!

Deb, I would love to try some seeds out here. Our climate is different than yours, but I'd like to try seeds in different places to see if maybe they would grow here. I Googled Spider Lace but didn't come up with anything.
