African Flowers!!!

I realize I haven't posted here in a while, but I really have been busy, busy.  Just wanted to take the time to share something I just finished up today!!!

Jess' birthday was September 29th, and I knew I wanted to do something special for her that had to do with Africa, since she and Brant are adopting from Uganda.  Thanks to the world wide web, I was able to find a pattern for "African Flowers".  I had all the hexagons crocheted by her birthday, but couldn't decide how I wanted to assemble them.  It took me FOREVER to find just the right handles.....requiring yet another search.  But....I finally found what I wanted....in the right size....and here is the finished product.
Oh, how I HOPE she likes it!!!

Blessings,

Deb
