Dr. Frank Milligan delivered me at the Old Milligan Clinic in Jefferson City, TN.....several years ago!! ;-)  The building is still there, but it now houses a thrift store.  This picture used to hang in his office at the clinic (which was also a hospital).  One day this week, we were at his son's office, Dr. Leslie Milligan....and this picture was hanging in the exam room.  I told him I remembered when it used to hang in his Dad's office.  It sure brought back a lot of memories.  I can still picture that office....the receptionist desk, and the waiting area....the exam rooms....and even the baby nursery.
