Seems I've always had a fascination with clouds.
As I drove to our daughter's one morning last week,
I noticed how clear the sky was and the clouds were all fluffy and white against a beautiful blue.  Some of them resembled the earth when it's cracked and dry and I got to thinking how the sky can imitate things going on in our lives.

Often the sky is clear like it was that day and it's like how everything is seemingly going along smooth and without a hitch in our life.  But suddenly the sky can darken and a storm come up unexpectedly (even if the "weather man" hasn't predicted it), just like things pop up in our life when we least expect it.

We've had a lot of storms the last few weeks and I've seen countless pictures of rainbows show up on my friend's Facebook pages.  I think back to that day in October of 2011 when my Mom had her heart attack and I was driving home from the hospital one evening and saw a beautiful rainbow in the sky, straight ahead of me.  Once again, HE reminded me that HE's in control, HE knows best, and HE has our best interest in mind....ALWAYS!!!

Speaking of my Mom.....
please keep her in your thoughts and prayers as she has hip replacement surgery this morning.

Genesis 9:16
When I see the rainbow in the clouds,
I will remember the eternal covenant between God and every living creature on earth.

In HIS Most Precious Lve....and with mine, too!!!
