I'm thinking the "weigh-in" will be once a week.
My scales would probably die on me if I climbed on them every day!!!! Ladies....and gents, too.....if there are any reading this.
You know yesterday, I talked a little about being kind to yourself?
Well...I'm not sure how kind it is to weigh ourselves....but....my best friend and I talked a bit about how we need to hold each other accountable for some things. When we took the online Bible study at Setting Captives Free, we had our answers e-mailed to each other so we could comment on each other's thoughts and progress.
So....here's what I'm going to start doing...and I might not get to it every single day....but....if you'll look over to the right of this post, you'll see a heading of
"Be Kind to Yourself".....
and underneath that I'll post whether I exercised that day (my morning walk)....and weighed myself that day. This way....the whole world (well those of you who visit me each day).....can track a little of my progress!!!
As for how I ate that day....I guess any + or - in pounds will answer that question!!!
