A gift...to myself!!!

I've always loved to crochet.
When I first quit my full-time job, I made many....MANY....hats and sold them.  I got a bit burnt out because I was on such a dead-line and was crocheting night and day!!!  I've made hats and/or scarves for Jess and the boys and our nieces and nephews....and other family members and friends....but rarely make anything for myself.
So....I decided that after Christ-mas I would make something....just for me!!!

And...here she is...I think I like her....especially after I FINALLY found my glass beads that I just knew she needed to add a little "bling"!!!  I find I'm drawn to this color....could be because it reminds me of "garnet"...my birthstone....which I love!!
