Carol's Chili Quesadillas

I have a new blogging friend.....
.....Ms. Carol at Songberries.

When you get a chance, go check her out....and be sure and notice her precious header!!!
She posts some of the best looking food along with the recipes....that she makes herself!!!

Chili Quesadillas

1-2 cups leftover chili, or 1 can of chili
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 package flour tortillas
Sour Cream

Heat a griddle to medium heat and spray it with Pam. Put a tortilla on the hot griddle and sprinkle it with cheese and a couple of spoonfuls of chili. Put a tortilla over the top. When it starts to brown flip it over and brown the other side of the quesadilla. Slice with a pizza cutter and dip in sour cream.

(p.s....for those of you on a reduced calorie and/or  low fat diet....you could always use fat-free, or reduced fat, in all of the ingredients, along with turkey chili)

Easy-peasy...and sounds soooo good!!!

Blessings to you!!!

In His Most Precious Love....and with mine!!!
