Trivial Tuesday

I was gonna do a "Ten on Tuesday"....but knew I couldn't come up with ten things....so instead you get "Tuesday Trivia"....some trivial things happening around my neck of the woods!!!

1)  I'm gonna share my weight loss update for November as one of my ten things.  Unless I change my mind....this will be the last actual post on that topic.  I will try to keep the page
"Weight Loss Journey
updated at least once a month....and try to keep the "ticker" updated, also.  I've lost a little over 60 pounds total....and I do have to say....I feel like a new person in so many ways.
I could not have done this without God....that might sound crazy to some people....but I give HIM all the glory and honor....because without HIM....I can do NOTHING....but with HIM....well.....
Philippians 4:13
For I can do everything through Christ,
who gives me strength.

(when I look at the picture on the left,
it makes me cringe.  I cannot believe that I allowed myself (and Satan's influence) to get that big!!! :(
(and don't look at all the wrinkles I have now....let's just call them "smile lines"!!!) :)

2)  Do you see what I see?
This is what I get to look at so often these days when I sit down to the computer....

 3)  It's completely finished....FINALLY!!!

4) I'm taking my sis-in-law to lunch today for a little belated birthday celebration.  She and her family spent  some time in Paris a few years ago when our nephew and his wife were living in France due to his job....so here's what I bought her for her kitchen.....
He's leaning on a little chalkboard....
.....isn't he adorable?!?!?

5) I've been working on some handmade CHRIST-mas gifts.....here's a sneak peak....
See all those books lined up to the left?
I asked each of the ladies in my Sunday School class what they're favorite verse(s) of scripture are....and made a little notebook for each one of 'em!!!
Here's a close up....

 6)  A gift for a very special friend.....
Well, I think that's that about that!!!
I've got such a busy week ahead of me....but I'll try to post a little something each day!!!

In His Most Precious Love....and with mine!!!

  8. Wow, Deb! What a difference your hard work and diligence has made in your appearance (and, I'm sure, in your physical and mental health)!

The personalized notebooks are beautiful. I KNOW your friends will be thrilled with them. I'm curious about the wooden letters?!?!?!

I'm SO enjoying peoples' winter pictures. Seems many of them include cardinals or bright red berries standing out against the black/white of winter. How beautiful the one YOU shared here!
