Fantastic Friday - Edition #20

I'm only 2 weeks and 2 days late....

....but better late than never, right?

I even had a give-a-way post prepared,
but with everything that's been going on.... just didn't get done!

So....without further adieu....
....let's CELEBRATE my 3 year blog anniversary!!!

My first "blog for God" was on May 18, 2008!!!

I wondered what I would say each day, but He has never failed to put something on my heart to write about.....even prompting me to take a break every once in a while!!!  I've met so many amazing Christian sisters since I began this journey and I just want all of you to know how much you are loved and appreciated.

As a special thank you, I want to have a give-a-way for one of my precious readers.  All you have to do is leave me a comment and maybe let me know how you discovered me here at Jeremiah 29:11....or how you know me personally!!

I chose this book especially for this give-a-way....because it's a book of HOPE!!!  It contains 316 (based on John 3:16) quotes by Max Lucado that have to do with the HOPE we have in Jesus!!!

Thanks again, sweet readers, from the bottom of my heart....for your support....and your comments....and especially for your blogging friendship.
I’ll let y’all know on Monday who the winner is!!
And, don't's all you've gotta do to join our linky party....
1) Follow me
2) Link Up
3) Leave me a comment
(so I can put your name in the drawing)
4) Visit others and make new friends

I'll draw from link-ups....comments....and e-mails!!
HOPE each of you has a FANTASTIC weekend!!!
In His Most Precious Love....and with mine!!!

  1. I love Max. He is so good. I love you and this blog. I would love to win that book.
I don't remember how we found each other but I know God had a hand in it.
    I follow you already.

  2. I don't know how I happened onto your blog, but I am glad I did. I am a faithful reader and leave comments each time too!

    Happy Anniversary!

    Have a wonderful day!

  3. Deb,
I have been following your blog for several months now and my brain being what it is...or should I say 'what it isn't', I can't remember how I found your blog. I do know that the LORD had a hand in it though.
Congratulations on your 3 years! I know the LORD is pleased with what you are doing!

  4. You have a great blog Deb. :o)I'm glad you are here.

  5. You have been my friend FOREVER!!!!! I think I need that book since my daughter's name is "Hope"!! Things went well today...should know something by next week.

    Love you!!!

  6. I found your blog through, then sings my soul Saturdays. I am back to July 2009 reading old posts. I love your blog. I have learned so much reading your posts.

  7. Happy "3rd", Deb! I wish I could remember the first I discovered you....but I can't. What I DO know is that Jeremiah 29:11 is one of my husband's favorite verses. It was "given" to him by a lady on a street in Chicago when he was at a Pastors' Conference at Moody Bible Institute.

I thank God for your ♥ for Jesus and the insights and inspiration that I find when I spend time with you here.

  8. Hey Deb, I was in such a hurry posting yesterday that I forgot to mention I'd linked up today. LoL! But I added it to my post today. I even forgot to SIGN my own blogpost. Some days the brain doesn't work. Sigh..

Anyway, thanks again for hosting this great blog party. I already follow you and you are on my blog roll..two actually. :o)

  9. I suppose I found you through another blogger. I'm so glad I did, and I wished I'd found you earlier. May 2008 was an eventful month for me, and I could have really used more inspiration and encouragement at that time.
Congrats on making it 3 years. My blog is also 3 years old. It's hard to believe.

  10. Hello, Deb!

I found you 'cause you found us. :) So glad you did!

  11. I'm just now finding your blog...from your visit...through Jacki's blog! I am glad to be here and will look forward to reading in the future. God bless!
