Corn.....corn.....and more corn!!!
I have a love/dislike relationship with corn....
....I love to eat it....and I don't mind shucking it at all....
....it's the "silking" I dislike....a LOT!!!
I think it goes back to childhood....and Momma wouldn't let me leave a single little silk....not even an itty-bitty one!!!
Of course....there's nothing worse than taking a big bite of corn cut off the cob and getting a mouth full of silks!!!
So....it goes to show....Momma does know best!!!
