A spring in my step!!

Today's the first day of Spring!!!

The weather is turning warmer in our neck of the woods, 
although we had a day of nothing but monsoons earlier this week.  
I've been getting outside and walking some with my sweet friend, Ms. Evelyn. 
The knee still isn't what it should be....but I'm ever so grateful that I can walk because at one point I could barely make it down the hall to the kitchen!!

My walking isn't just for the physical benefits..... helps me so much emotionally.....
.....and even spiritually!!!

Walking = Sanity for Deb

Anybody else feel that way about "exercise"?

  1. I wondered what the temp was in your neck of the woods. Yes, I have been making myself try to exercise at least 2-3 days a week. One I start I am okay but it is the starting part I have problems with, LOL!
    I have recently that when walking on the treadmill that If I use that time to pray for people it honestly passes quickly! Have a good day. Hugs and blessings, Cindy
