As y'all know, my name is Deb.....

which is short for Debra!

I've always liked the fact that my Mom chose to spell my name that way, 

instead of Deborah!

Just because I like being different!!!

(and that I am, that's for sure....LOL)

Anyway, here's the meaning of my name......

1. The name Debra is a Hebrew baby name. In Hebrew the meaning of the name Debra is: Bee. Deborah was the Biblical prophetess who summoned Barak to battle against an army of invaders. After the battle she wrote a victory song which is part of the Book of Judges.

The fact that my name means "bee" came to mind one day this week when I received an e-mail from Alenka's Printables. The site has some really neat things to print....and they're FREE!!
