Happy Halloweenie!!!

Happy Halloweenie, Everybody!!!
Yes....I said "Halloweenie"....I don't know why, but that's what I love to call it!!!
And...I heard Chef Walter call it the same thing this week, so I don't feel so bad!!!

Anyway.....

I hope all of you have a super fun Halloween with your kiddos!!!
Every year I complain that Pap won't help me hand out the candy. I mentioned that to him again one day this week, and he said "you know you love doing it"...he said," you know how much you love seeing all those little kids dressed up". And, he's right!!!! They are so precious in their cute little costumes and they are all so sweet and innocent.

I can't wait 'till our boys get here and get their special little treat bags!!! I know that Jess and I will both probably be posting some pics of their cuteness!!!!

Okay....on to the food!!!
This is a "sweet" little recipe from Jess. She actually made it one day this week and took the picture, too!!!

Thanks, Jess...especially for sharing...yes, I did have to have a sample...
and it is delish!!!

Monster Munch

1 package Almond Bark
1-2 bags microwave popcorn
1 1/2 C candy corn
1 C dry roasted, salted peanuts or package of M&Ms (I say add both!!!)
This is one of those add as much as you want recipes.

Pop popcorn and set aside. Take a large knife and break up almond bark. Melt according to package directions. I just chop it up a little and microwave it in intervals until smooth and melted. In a very large bowl, pour melted almond bark over popcorn, candy corn, peanuts, and/or M&Ms. (If you don't have a great big bowl you may want to do this in batches.)

Stir until everything is completely covered and then spread out onto waxed paper, parchment, or foil. Let sit until completely dry and then break up into clumps.
Enjoy!!!

In His Love...and with mine!!!
