Hope

Hope
by Emily Dickinson

Hope is the thing with feathers
That perches in the soul,
And sings the tune--without the words,
And never stops at all,

And sweetest in the gale is heard;
And sore must be the storm
That could abash the little bird
That kept so many warm.

I've heard it in the chillest land,
And on the strangest sea;
Yet, never, in extremity,
It asked a crumb of me.

This is what my precious daughter painted for me for Christ-mas....to go in my craft room....but I want it somewhere that I can see it all the time!!!

Hebrews 6:19 (NLT)
This hope is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls. It leads us through the curtain into God’s inner sanctuary.

New Year Blessings to you,

Kind words are like honey—
sweet to the soul and healthy for the body.
