I took a little detour on the way to the doctor's office on Wednesday just so I could drive by this little cabin.  I was so glad that it hadn't been torn down....or hadn't fallen down on it's own!!!
Uncle Hal....who was actually my Daddy's uncle and Daddy was named after him....used to live in this little house and worked for the man who owned the farm.  I can remember visiting him when my brother and I were very young and him giving us Wriggley's spearmint gum while we sat in chairs on the front porch....wonder if it was those same chairs on the porch now?!?!
I love sweet memories!!!
