Please don't squeeze the Charmin!!!

Want to hear a story about how God is totally in the details?!?!?

Yesterday morning, we ran out of toilet paper.
Well, let me rephrase that....we put the last roll of toilet paper on the holder in our hall bath so I told Pappy I would pick us up a pack when I went out again.

After having a week full of doctor's visits with my Mom, I really didn't have much planned for the day.  I was dressed in my usual sloppy attire...old capris and a tee-shirt and my trusty visor....when my phone rang.  It was my sis-in-law and since she lives beside my Mom I was concerned that something might be wrong....but what she wanted was to take me to lunch....and she gave me 10 minutes to get dressed!!!  I hurriedly changed clothes....and to show that she should be my sister, instead of Pappy's....when I got in the car, we both had on black capris and purple tops!!!  We went to Cracker Barrel for lunch and it was so nice to just sit and talk and laugh.  We had such a great time.  On the way home she said she had me something....and reached into her back floorboard and pulled out a huge pack of....Charmin....yes....she gave me toilet paper!!!  She had cleaned out a closet and couldn't believe the toilet paper stash she had and felt like she should share with us!!!   I had to laugh and told her that we had just used our last roll earlier!!!

God knew we needed toilet paper....God knows that our funds are pretty tight these days....and, God prompted my precious sis-in-law to take me to lunch....and, give me toilet paper!!!

Pappy said that since God knew exactly when we needed toilet paper....
He also knows exactly when to send him a job!!!

Ain't God good?
Oh, yes HE is!!!

Psalm 139:17
How precious are your thoughts about me, O God.
    They cannot be numbered!

In HIS Most Precious Love....and with mine!!!

  6. God is precious beyond words! Once I didn't have any money...zero, nada, and needed to pack lunches for the week to send my hubby to work everyday. I prayed and reminded God that He said he would provide our NEEDS (not our wants) and that lunches were a need. Someone gave me a pack of bologna! and a loaf of bread!!!! Praise God, You are God!!!!!
