There are lots of things in this life that make me happy.
My family....
especially, our grand's.....
chocolate.....
a clean house
(which is rare).....
working outside.....
our flowers.....
owlies.....
crocheting.....
friends.....
pretty sweaters.....
this list could go on and on!!!
But none of those things can compare to the joy that only God can give me.
There's a big difference between being happy and being full of joy.
I've heard it said that people can steal our joy.....
I disagree!!
Others can make us unhappy.....
but they can't really steal the joy of the Lord that lives in our hearts!!!

Debbie, I so agree with you! No one can steal our joy...and there is a huge difference between being happy and having joy. We can have joy when we are not happy! The joy of the Lord is my strength! :) Thanks for sharing this post. It will be my food for thought today. :)
