It's been a long time dream of mine to live where I can look out and see God's gorgeous handiwork in the sunrises and sunsets. Alas, it's just a dream though (although, it is a desire of my heart). In the meantime, it's awesome to have family and friends who send me pictures of those they're able to witness where they live. Earlier this week, I received pics from our daughter and my friend, Dawn, both in the same evening of a beautiful sunset. They live about 2 hours apart, yet it was the same sun that God created.....
the one He created in Genesis 1:14-17.

My friend, Dawn sent me the last two pics just a few minutes apart.
Simply WOW, right?
Psalm 19:1-4
The heavens proclaim the glory of God.
The skies display his craftsmanship.
Day after day they continue to speak;
night after night they make Him known.
They speak without a sound or word;
their voice is never heard.
Yet their message has gone throughout the earth,
and their words to all the world.
God has made a home in the heavens for the sun.
Happy Friday!
HOPE your weekend is awesomely blessed!
Have fun.....
stay safe.....
enjoy life!!!!

Beautiful! It's amazing that The Lord made everything for us but that He chose to make it beautiful for our enjoyment, what a good God!

Really? I guess I just assumed you had some beautiful views, knowing approximately where you live....Our view of sunsets & rises from the house are blocked by trees and houses, too. I have seen some beautiful ones traveling home from spending time with Mother & Dad though.
ReplyDeleteThose are truly glorious sunsets! We can't see them from our house either, but sure do enjoy them when we are on the west coast!
