{ Wednesday's Word - Autumn }

I heard our local weather forecaster say yesterday evening that autumn would arrive at 4:21 AM.
How in the world is that even determined?

No matter what you might call it.....
autumn, or fall.....
it's the best season of ALL!
(at least for me)

I'm so looking forward to......
the gorgeous colors that God paints
cooler temps
all things pumpkin
warm sweaters
jeans
boots
that first pot of chili
a trip to the apple orchard
a drive through Cades Cove

Happy Fall, Y'All!!!

Breathing in Grace,

  6. Wow Deb, I love your header and all the glorious pictures! I love the smell of wood smoke this time of year and the cooler days make me want a cup of apple cider and just sit outside and enjoy the wonder.

  7. Lovely visuals and thoughtful words! Fall is my favorite too and I do miss all the colorful changes. It's a bit more subtle in Florida.

  8. Thanks for all the sweet comments. It seems we're all in agreement that this is an awesome time of year. God truly gets out His paintbrush and shows off, especially in our neck of the woods!
