{ Friday Foto Friends #36 }

Thanks, sweet Friends for your kind thoughts yesterday.
I'm experiencing something I've never gone through before.

Vertigo.

The nausea, eye issues, dizziness.....
oh, mercy.
I sincerely hope none of you ever have to go through it and if you have, then I really feel for you.

I thought today I'd do something a bit different for our Friday Foto Friends.

How about a give-a-way?

If you link up and share photos today,
your name will be entered to win a "grown-up"  coloring book.

Here's the book....

An example of the coloring pages.....

And, I'll even throw in a set of coloring pencils
(not shown).

Link up your photos and I'll share the winner on Monday!

HOPE everybody has a wonderful weekend.

  3. So sorry you are experiencing vertigo and all that goes with it. Sometimes it is just wax in the ear, but I hope you are seeing your doctor about it. Sometimes that sea-sickness pill works. It think it is called meclizine and you can get it at the drug store.

    Give-aways are always fun!!

  5. OH MYGOSHHHHHH - I've been fighting vertigo since November! Isn't it HORRIBLE! I had no idea it was as bad as it was until I've experienced it. I'm constantly trying to keep my bearings. Hope yours has passed & doesn't come back.

  7. Oh dear, I hate to hear that, hope you're better. I was having those same symptoms, finally went to the doctor and was diagnosed with Meniere's Disease. It's all in the ears. It's sure not fun living with it and I hope that's not what's going on with you. Take care my friend, will be praying for you.

  8. Feel better soon. You are in prayers. I realize how disabling vertigo is.
I have suffered with vertigo and it is awful. Positional vertigo can be helped or even cured by a good physical therapist, so if it happens to be positional vertigo (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo or BPPV), please try that.
There are things in the ear that cause this when they get out of balance and they can move them back into the proper place.
I love coloring. We never outgrow our need to color!
Have a good day and prayers will continue for you. Hugs

  9. Oh dear, Deb. I hope this all passes soon. I've had the vertigo and it's no fun. Often mine would be caused by inner ear problems. What a nice give away. I missed FFF this week but I'll try to be better next week. Have a blessed weekend, my friend.
