{ Friday Foto Friends #40 }

Morning, Glory!

I took a little stroll into the back field behind my Mom's house yesterday morning and spotted these morning glories in bloom.  Look at those pretty purple centers.

I'd be honored if you'd join in our Friday link-up of your favorite photo(s)!

HOPE everybody has a great weekend.....
we're supposed to get much-needed rain.

  1. I'm gonna leave a comment and hopefully y'all will see it. Yesterday, Blogger and I just couldn't get along. I don't know who was at fault, but of course, I'm gonna allow Blogger to take ALL the blame. If you left a comment and it was through Google +, then, it's not showing up today, if you ever take the time to look back. (I know I don't do that, but.....) I just didn't want anybody to think I had deleted them. Only the comments left through Blogger are showing up. I prefer to use Blogger because I like to self-publish the comments after reviewing them first.....that's mostly to weed through spam (do y'all get that sometimes, too). Anyway....no hard feelings between me and Bugger today (yes, I know I typed BUGGER, and not Blogger....LOL). Well, maybe just a little, but I'll get over it. ;-) Thanks for understanding, Sweet Friends!!!

  8. Lovely! My grandpa helped me every summer plant morning glories when I was a child. They were always purple. You've brought back such lovely memories.

  9. Beautiful flower. We always had morning glories at our house. My Mother told us that a neighbor always used to greet us with Good Morning, Morning Glory!
