{ Wise Old Owl Designs }

I love creating and crafting.
Here are a few things Wise Old Owl has created lately.

My sweet friend and pew sharing buddy at church, Ms. Ruby, has a brand new great- grandson!
Her grand-daughter loves Woody from Toy Story,
so baby boy had to have a hat!

A custom order sock monkey hat and leg warmers for our great nephew!

Flowers I made from lace, burlap and ribbon and glued to elastic headbands.....
for our grand-girl!

How about y'all?
What's your favorite crafts to make?
Do you crochet, quilt, knit, cross-stitch, make wreaths?  Are you like me and you consider these hobbies a form of therapy because they're so relaxing?

I'd love to see some of your creations!

HOPE everybody has a terrific Tuesday.

  1. No crafting here, sad to say.... I just don't have talent like most of you do. Now, give me a library and I can do research, is that a talent? (giggling)---by the way, Deb, our Walmart has cute owl Christmas ornaments, smiles. I thought of you when I saw them and told hubby we have to go back this weekend and get them, lol.

    Have a beautiful day friend.

  2. Beautiful, Deb! I wish I could crochet like that. Mine seems to be rows and rows of single or double crochet made into a blanket. Anything more challenging and I get frustrated. I enjoy sewing and quilting. I hopefully will be making a post entry every Wednesday about my endeavors. The receivers of your cuties are certainly very blessed!

  5. I LOVE those great gifts you made!! You are so creative! I can crochet, I can sew, and I have a business license for crafts & jewelry but I just don't have the time to really work on anything. Next year, however, I will be RETIRED and hope to start creating again.

  7. Oh so lovely! I wish I could do that, but I don't knit or crochet...and I really haven't gotten into much crafting since I just retired this past fall. I've always been more into reading, writing, and taking pictures of God's beautiful creation around us. That is what relaxes me the most. My family keeps me too busy to do much else. Thank you for sharing these with us. Those little children will be so excited to get those fun and lovely things!!!

  8. Mrs Deb, God has blessed you with some talent! Those flowers are gorgeous!! And I love the Toy Story hat. We must be on the same wavelength because I've been cooking up plans for a Buzz Lightyear inspired hat. 😊

And of COURSE, I'm smitten with the Be Calm and Craft on picture with the bee. 💛
