{ January 21st }

As I've shared with y'all before, I don't sleep well so it wasn't unusual for me to wake up and glance at the clock.  What was an "it's not odd, it's God" thing was that the clock showed 1:21 and I had to smile!  Because.....
today is my birthday!

So, I crawled out of  bed with "old age" on my mind and started doing a bit of research in my Bible about that topic!

And, yes.....
being a chunky monkey with a double chin started early in life!

So, I'm off to celebrate a milestone birthday!

HOPE everybody has a wonderful weekend!

  4. Happy Birthday, my friend! What a cutie pie you were as a little one (you still are!). I love the scriptures you found. Now when I look in the mirror at my gray hair, I will feel differently.

  8. Happy Birthday, Deb!

    "Enable me to receive more of your love and acceptance.
    Help me stay as close to you, Lord, as I can get.
    God, give me grace to love you MORE!
    Help me to want your will in my life.
    May I love your ways and be obedient to you.
    Break my heart for what breaks yours, so that I have
    compassion for others.
    I will not let my experiences change the Word of God.
    I will judge my experiences by the Word of God.
    I want to receive your love and give it away to others."
