{ Show me where to walk }

Y'all.....
does God ever cease to amaze you?
Me either!

I used to walk for exercise
(more for my mental/emotional health than physical),
but I've gotten out of the habit for probably a year.
Yes, I had some really good excuses
(in my opinion),
and justified not getting out and walking
(all for selfish reasons)!

I felt the nudge to start laying out my clothes the night before and walk in the mornings,
so that's what I did, starting this past Sunday evening.
Yesterday I walked.....
and I hurt!
Today, I walked.....
and didn't hurt nearly as badly.

As I was coming in the back door earlier I was thanking God for prompting me to start taking better care of my body (His Temple) both physically and emotionally. I glanced at my phone and my Time Hop photos were available and People, here's the verse of scripture I had posted 2 years ago.....

I kid you not!

Ain't God good?
Oh, yes He is!

HOPE your Tuesday is awesomely blessed!

  2. Well this has given me the Holy bumps! WOW! God's timing is ALWAYS perfect Deb. I had went back to MAKING myself walk a little around my house and have gotten out of the habit as well. I gotta get back though cause I do believe that sometimes it is far more better my mental health and such a sweet time spiritually for me too, as I talk to Lord while I walk and pray. Love this post. Hugs and blessings, Cindy
