What a ham!

Yesterday would have been my mother-in-law's 80th birthday....well, it actually was her 80th birthday...but it was her first birthday spent in heaven. What a Christmas celebration she will have this year...along with my father-in-law....and my own Daddy!!!!

So...in thinking about what recipe to use today, I wanted to post one that she used. For Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas she always baked her ham using Coca-Cola...and it was delicious!!

To top that off...guess what Pap brought home from work yesterday???
You guessed it...his "holiday ham"!!!
I'm going to fix it using Coca-Cola this year...but...not exactly like Ms. Ruby did.
I found a very easy, simple recipe to cook it in the crock pot.
And...who doesn't love easy?!?!?!?!
So...here's a variation of my precious mother-in-law's
Coca-Cola Ham:
3 - 4 Pound Ham
Place in your favorite crock pot, or slow cooker.

Mix together:
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Can Crushed Pineapple
1 Tsp Dry Mustard (I'm gonna omit this one)
One (1) 12 ounce Can of Coca-Cola
Pour all the ingredients over the ham
Cook on low for 8 - 10 Hours.
Yummy, yummy, yummy....
this is the moistest ham ever!!

In His Love...and with mine!!!
