Prayerful Thursday

Since yesterday was our wedding anniversary....we spent the entire day together and didn't get home until around 7:30 last night...so...and I know this is bad to admit....we missed church!!! I don't have the prayer requests that were announced at church, but I will list those that I know about.
By the way...thanks to all of you who left me a comment, or sent me an e-mail (or a card) wishing us a "Happy Anniversary".
I love each of you dearly!!!
1. Ms. Norma Watson
Ms. Norma will be in the hospital for a while yet. She is still in ICU, but yesterday was wanting her cell phone and phone numbers so she could call some friends and family. I'll keep you all posted on her recovery.
2. Ms. Clara Hurst
Ms. Clara had surgery yesterday for carpal tunnel and when I spoke with her yesterday afternoon, she was doing okay....it was beginning to hurt.
4. Ms. Belinda Dunn

Ms. Belinda had surgery yesterday for breast cancer. I don't have any details, but will update on her, also, as I find out anything.

5. Kenny Stiles
Kenny will be having heart valve surgery the week of July 13th at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. His Mom, Marenda, did have a praise that the doctors will be able to repair the valve in his heart, instead of replacing it with a mechanical valve.
6. Sonny Gray (and his wife, Donna)
Mr. Sonny was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor several months ago. Please keep this precious couple in your prayers for whatever it is they need....comfort, guidance, help, support!

7. Pappy

Please keep my hubby in your prayers. We will be waiting on a call for an appointment to be scheduled with the neurosurgeon who removed the disk in his back. About a year after that surgery, he started having some problems with his legs, and it has steadily gotten worse. (I know...it should have been taken care of before now, but you know how men can be!!!!) Please pray that it is nothing serious and can be treated easily.

8. Lauryn Kirby

Miss Lauryn will be having gallbladder surgery on Monday, April 27th. Please pray for her surgeon and for her and also for her family.

9. Julie Fisher

Ms. Julie is recovering at home. Please keep her in your prayers for a speedy recovery and also her family, as they care for her.

10. Our Church Family

Please pray for our church family as we struggle with so many in our church who are suffering.....job loss, sickness, and death as hit so many in our church and it seems to just affect all of us in one way or another.

If any of you know of anyone else who needs to be added to our list, please let me know!!!

In His Most Precious Love....and with mine!!!
