Prayerful Thursday

Dear Blog Readers,
Thanks for stopping by to check who is on our list this week to pray for.
We've had a "sick" week in our own family, and didn't make it to church last night to hear the prayer requests. Here are a few that I know about. If anybody knows of any others, please let me know, and I'll do an update!
1. Please pray for our grandsons. They were at the doctor on Monday, Little Bit having pink eye and Big Brother an ear infection, throat infection, and the beginning of pink eye. Little Bit was back yesterday with a high fever and he has infection in both ears. Also...Jess has a horrific sinus infection with a terrible sore throat...so does Pappy...and...Nannie....well, Nannie thinks she's on the verge of taking it too....whatever "it" is!!! Please pray for our family and all of those who are sick with the regular flu...swine flu....sinus infections....whatever crud is going around right now!!!
2. Ms. Dorothy
Ms. Dorothy had a shot on Monday to alleviate some pain she's been having and she said she can already tell that the shot is working!! Praise the Lord. She goes back for another one on November 9th, so please continue to keep her in your prayers.
3. Ms. Helen
Ms. Helen has been having some back troubles for several months. She also got a shot yesterday. Please pray that it works for her. Both of these ladies are very special to our church family!!!
4. Mr. Jim Christian
Mr. Jim had knee surgery several weeks ago, and will be having surgery on the other knee in the near future. He will be having surgery on his shoulder on October 19th. Please keep him and Ms. Angie in your thoughts and prayers.
5. Mr. Chuck Sharp
Mr. Chuck is still recovering from the fall he had several weeks ago. He's not able to be very active as he's used to, so please keep him and Ms. Glenda in your thoughts and prayers as he mends.
6. Family of Shannon Busic
Please keep this family in your thoughts and prayers as they grieve their loss.
7. Family of Henry Norton
Henry is the husband of my cousin, Amy. He passed away on Monday from a heart attack. Please keep this family in your thoughts and prayers.
In His Most Precious Love....and with mine!!!
