Purple Passion

I took the camera out yesterday just to capture some of the beautiful shades of purple....

Wild violets underneath a tree in our front yard

Fading Grape Hyacinths

Azalea that my father-in-law gave us

Wisteria in our front yard....growing up a dogwood tree.  It started out just growing around the old iron trellis....but now it's taken over the tree.  Somebody told me it will probably kill the tree....I hope not....it's absolutely gorgeous!!!
Something only God could create!!!

They look like huge grape clusters!!!
And....the bees love them, too!!!

“When I am an old woman I shall wear purple,
With a red hat which doesn't go and doesn't suit me....."

Blessings to you!!!

In His Most Precious Love....and with mine!!!

  1. Beautiful pics! I intended to take photos of the wisteria here, but I should have done so about a week ago. We still have some beautiful wildflowers (and more will bloom around May).

Thanks for leaving a comment this morning. I'm glad we are blogging buddies also!

    Have a blessed day,

  2. DEb, these are so beautiful!!! I love them. Gorgeous! Thanks for sharing these pictures. You have the sweetest blog because you are so sweet yourself. Thanks for being such a good blogging friend!

I am doing a Top Ten Best Posts I Saw This week and included your picture of these flowers and your post on Real Life. Just wanted to let you know.

There are so many show and tells and mine wasn't really taking off. But I wanted it to be a blessing, and since no one submitted anything, I decided to do this instead.

    Love,
    Donna
