Chocolate People

I've shared with y'all before how much I LOVE chocolate.  One morning last week....before I even got out of bed....I got the idea for this post.  I didn't research this because I'm sure somebody else out there has had thoughts similar to mine....but....here is my list of the different kinds of "chocolate people"....at least those that I've encountered in my own life!!!

M and M People
These people have a hard outer shell.  They want everybody to think that they're tough and strong and they put up a good front.  But....once you get to know them better....you realize that they're just an old softy with a heart of gold!!!

Dark Chocolate People
Dark Chocolate People....just like dark chocolate....are bitter.  They often seem to be "mad at the world"....and most of the time, it's impossible to really get to know them....and sometimes you'd just rather not be around them at all!!!

Milk Chocolate People
These are probably the easiest people to become friends with.  They are smooth....friendly....easy to take....have a sweet personality.....and most everybody enjoys their company.

So.....do you know somebody who seems to fall into one of these chocolate categories?
I've found that even though it takes an extra effort sometimes to get to know those who seem different than us.....often, wonderful friendships can stem from being "opposites"!!!

Isaiah 11:6 (NLT) - In that day the wolf and the lamb will live together; the leopard will lie down with the baby goat. The calf and the yearling will be safe with the lion, and a little child will lead them all.

Monday Blessings to each of 'ya!!!

In His Most Precious Love....and with mine!!!

Enjoying listening to "The Old Rugged Cross"

The Temptations were great! One original member left.

I danced and danced and sang. I was amazed at how many teeanagers were there singing every word to the songs too. They closed the concert with "My Girl" and the crowd (huge crowd) went wild!

    It was fun!

    Have a blessed day!

  3. That was a neat idea. Never thought of it that way. And there are those who feel like a nut and sometimes they don't! My daughter can be funny nutty sometimes. Love ya!
