The Greatest Gift of All

I heard this statement recently....

"the gifts under the CHRIST-mas tree are nothing compared to the Gift that was nailed to a tree"

Nothing materialistic that we could ever receive can even compare to the greatest gift of all.....
JESUS

The following is an excerpt from the book,
Just Like Jesus

Can you think of a greater gift than to be like Jesus?

Christ felt no guilt;

God wants to banish yours.
Jesus had no bad habits;

God wants to remove yours.
Jesus had no fear of death;

God wants you to be fearless.
Jesus had kindness for the diseased and mercy for the rebellious and courage for the challenges.

God wants you to have the same.

He loves you just the way you are, but he refuses to leave you that
way.

He wants you to be just like Jesus.

 John 3:16 (NLT)
For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.

HOPE each of you have a blessed CHRIST-mas!!!

In His Most Precious Love....and with mine!!!

  5. Just stopping by to wish you a very Merry Christmas! I love your post...I often get caught up in trying to make everything "perfect"-gifts, tree, wrapping, meal, goodies, moments. I end up stressed...and needing a nap. THis is a great message (and reminder for those of us who get frazzled at times). MERRRY CHRISTMAS!!
