Playing the victim card!!!

 We've been hurt!!
Somebody mistreated us....talked about us behind our back....used us for their own personal gain....broke our hearts....took away our job.....we've been physically, or emotionally abused.

Has any of the above ever happened to you?
Yeah....me, too!!!
And, you know what?
I spent....no, I wasted.....a lot of my time playing the "victim"....thinking that I certainly didn't deserve whatever came my way.....and feeling better when somebody felt sorry for me because of my pain!!!

But not any longer.....I will no longer be the "victim"....because I have the VICTORY!!!

God has been working on me in so many areas of my life....and this is yet another one.

So....if you're in the same boat I was in for many years....climb out of that boat....plant your feet on the "solid ROCK"....learn a lesson from whatever has happened....and realize....that we can't forever think about the bad things....we need to concentrate on the positive!!!

Philippians 4:8
And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.

AMEN?
AMEN!!!!

HOPE today finds each of you concentrating only on what's true, honorable, right, pure, lovely and admirable!!!

In His Most Precious Love....and with mine!!!

  1. My Savior made me just like he made you. We all are made by His hands and he is the potter of the clay. I put my pants on just like anyway else one leg at a time.

  2. Dear Deb,

Oh, I so needed to read this today. I've been "nursing a wound" when I should be praying for the one who hurt me and getting on with my life!

God knows just what we need...when we need it!
    Thanks for being His messenger!

    God bless,
    Laura
