Laughter.....

.....is good for the soul.

The subject of laughter has been coming up a lot lately.
The topic was brought up in our small group meeting....I came across a book about laughter as I was cleaning out for our yard sale....and, then a blogging friend posed this little quote on Facebook:

He who laughs, lasts!
~Mary Pettibone Poole~

Job 8:21
He will yet fill your mouth with laughter,
and your lips with shouting.

Hope you have a great Saturday, Sweet Reader....
....and find something to laugh about!!!

In HIS Most Precious Love....and with mine!!!

  1. You can see the funny side of this but, oh my! It must've been a horrible experience for this woman.

I know a woman who was knocked out by a 1 lb of sausages... she opened a fridge door in a catering kitchen and the sausages fell out and clonked her on the head! She woke up in hospital but imagine her embarrassment explaining such to all her friends!

  2. How about THIS one? “Laugh a lot, and when you’re older, all your wrinkles will be in the right places." (I don't know the origin of this one.)

  9. Laughter really is the best medicine! Each time we have a problem with something going wrong, ie when water came and ran through the basement ceiling, my DH and I have found that laughter is the best way to get over the stress of the situation! Thanks for the fabulous reminder!!! :)

  10. Real deep, fun laughter doesn't happen all that often but it really is great when it does :) Happy you linked to Think on These Things :)
