A Perfect Plan!!!

Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the plans I have for you,”
declares the Lord,
“plans to prosper you and not to harm you,
plans to give you hope and a future.

I saw this little "sign" on Facebook and it reminded me of my favorite Bible verse, so I did this blog post and scheduled it to post for today.  Then, yesterday afternoon something else happened that made me understand completely why God allowed me to see this sign.

Here is what I posted on Facebook about 9:30 last night
(after we made sure our Small Group members knew).....

Jack has been out of work exactly a year today....and today he got a job offer.
It isn't exactly what we had hoped
(Isaiah 55:8 - For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord),
but it's a job and it is a type of "ministry", which is what he wanted.
What a year it's been....and oh, the things the Lord has showed us and taught us. One thing I know for sure
....once we get back on our feet I will be searching out those who have been in this "boat" and will be there to help them out....if I can't help with $$$, at least I can let them know that I'm praying for them and offer them a shoulder to cry on!!!
Thanks from the bottom of our hearts to all of those who have kept us in your thoughts and prayers.

If you're one of those who have kept us close to your heart and in your prayers.....thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Ain't God good?
Oh, yes He most certainly is!!!

In HIS Most Precious Love....and with mine, too!!!

Blessings,
Deb
