{ Friday Foto Friends #79 }

Y'all,  I really thought I wasn't going to have fotos to share this week, but then I went kinda crazy yesterday taking pics!

This has been a busy week.  Our kiddos have been camping all week so Pappy and I were the designated caretakers for their animals.  And, my brother and sis have been on vacation, too, so we checked on their kitties a few times.  And,  I had to take my Momma to the dentist to have two teeth pulled.

(by the way, Brother, if you're reading this and you should decide to get rid of Fuzz,
PLEASE let me be the first to know!)

So, here goes with an overload of pics (as usual).....

These were taken at my brother and sis's house.
They grow some beautiful flowers.

This rose bush came from a cutting at my Mamaw's house and is probably at least 150 years old because it was part of the old home place.....

This rose is in our yard and I've shared pics of it in the past.

Pappy took this pic of freshly hatched baby robins underneath our back deck.....

My froggy friend who always scares me by jumping when I turn the water hose on.....

All of these pics are part of the animals that belong to our kiddos.
I failed to get a pic of the two bunnies.....

I had to tell a couple of hens "excuse me" when I opened the lid to retrieve eggs and they weren't finished.....

Fresh eggs....yummy!!!

I'll leave you with this picture my brother sent me of the sunrise at the beach.
It's been over 10 years since we've been to the beach,
so I have to live vicariously through others.....
LOL!

Thanks for sticking with me through this really long line of fotos!

And, thanks for bearing with the new linky as we worked out the kinks last week.
I think it's going to be a lot better.
Just remember to refresh your page and your thumbnail should appear!

  3. Oh Wow!! You took some really great pictures this week! Love the baby robins, and the flowers, and the goats, and the chickens, and eggs, and the SUNRISE...All SO beautiful!! Sounds like you had a wonderful week enjoying all of God's beauties around you. Who needs the beach when you have baby robins, and frogs and chickens and goats and so many flowers? Well, I know, the beach WOULD be nice now and then....we live within an hour of the beach and it is a rare occasion that we get there anymore. I miss the sunrises there too. I hope you have a wonderful Mother's Day. You are a blessing, my friend!!!!

  5. Beautiful pictures today....love the ones of the animals, but the flowers are the best to me. Give me a mountain morning over that beach, but any sunrise is beautiful. Happy Mother's Day!

  6. All your pictures are beautiful, but the flowers are amazing. Especially the roses - they are breaking my heart because I would love to have roses like that. The animals are sweet and those little birdies ... How in the world do you get a photo like that?? What fun to take care of the animals. That rose from your house is stunning!

  7. Thanks for the reminder to refresh the page!! Great photos and that is quite a lot of animals!! The roses are beautiful! How interesting that the one from your grandmother's yard has been living for over 150 years! I'm sure plants have a DNA that could be traced. Wow. Happy Friday!! Thanks for the linky!!

  10. I love your photos. There is never too many beautiful photos to look at.
I have tried and tried to link up, but Mr. Linky doesn't like me. I tried to follow instructions on adding a thumbnail for myself, but it didn't. I never got the button "next" to my name. Maybe you could help me? I know I have participated at least once.
