{ Friday Foto Friends #82 }

Not a clear picture but look at my little chipmunk  friend who visits me when I sit on the front porch.
(pay no attention to the unfinished landscaping - it's a work in progress)

The wisteria "tree" is blooming again.
This makes twice this spring that it's bloomed.
It's hard to get a really good pic of the entire tree.

First harvests from our little garden.

I believe the mockingbird babies will be leaving the nest soon.  There are actually four of them and I don't see how they all fit in this nest other than they're kinda piled on top of one another.

Isn't it amazing how God designs His creatures?
I'm sure this moth was made to look like it has huge eyes as some sort of defense.....
simply awesome!

That's it for today.

HOPE everybody has a great weekend!

  1. Sweet Debbie,
    I thank you from the bottom of my heart for hosting and for sharing your stunning pictures, yes, here too our wisteria blooms twice every year and you're right, it's almost impossible to photograph the entire plant, I had to do three shots and then make a mosaic :) !

    Wishing you a wonderful end of your week ahead,
    I'm sending blessings across the miles

  3. That moth is one of the strangest things I've seen. I wouldn't have known it was a moth without you telling us. It looks like two chicks stuck together or a very strange little owl.

  4. Oh I LOVE these pictures today...the chipmunk is a cutie...we don't have them in Florida, but I used to love watching their antics when we lived in Ohio...they are cute, although they do make tunnels under the foundation of houses... I am happy to see that your wisteria is blooming again. So is mine! Even after we cut it all down to put up the new fence! All this rain has brought it back out! That moth is a amazing. You are right about the "eyes"...a defense camouflage designed by God. I Love your baby birdies...you've really enjoyed a lot of them this year! They are so amazing. Our birds' nests are too high or too far into the woods for us to see them, but I know they are there because we've had oodles of young Cardinals at our feeders! So much fun and beauty to enjoy here in God's beautiful earth. We are blessed!!!
