Thanks so much for bearing with this first week's adjustment.

Since I wasn't able to host the link-up last Friday, I've got foto overload today, so here goes.....

Pappy and I celebrated our 40th anniversary on the 22nd of April.  We opted to go "cheap" and took a day trip to Chattanooga instead of spending the money that was needed on some home repairs.   

Taken out of the car window going down the Interstate.....

These pics were taken at Seven Islands State Birding Park.  

We are so blessed to have this state park right in our back door.  I went there this week with the kiddos on a nature walk.....

Beautiful daisies growing in the middle of a dirt pathway.....

And, the rest of these were taken in our yard. I love this time of year with everything so green and in bloom.....

Pay no attention to the kiddos toys hiding behind this rhododendron..... 

Well, I sincerely hope y'all stuck with me to the end.....
