Kindred Spirits

Kristin @ Windy Poplars is hosting a party that is a "get to know you" event!!!

In order to join in....we're asked to answer the following questions....so here goes....

1. If you could describe your desired lifestyle in one word, what would it be?

Without sounding like I already "have it all".....I can't think of a lot of things that I would want different than what I have right now!!  Our budget is tight at times....so, of course, more money would be nice....but....I might not depend on God as much for His help and guidance if we had more!!!!

2. What style of home is your "House of Dreams"?

I've always wanted an old farmhouse....hardwood floors....transom windows over the inside doors.   I tore this picture out of a magazine in 1994 and saved it as my "dream home".

3. If you could live in a fictional story/movie, which would it be and why?

Since I'm not a big movie buff....I'm gonna have to pass on this one....and stick with "real life".

4. Do you prefer coffee or tea?  Favorite kind?
I prefer tea.....Lipton Decaf.

But....I love Cracker Barrel's tea, too!!!

5. Share the last sweet/romantic thing your hubby did for you.

One day last week I told him that I wished there was a car wash close by our house because my car was so dirty.  He said "there is one down at the basement at home".  He washed and vacuumed my car until way after dark (yes it was that dirty!!)
....and it looks sooooo good!!!

Blessings to you!!!

In His Most Precious Love....and with mine!!!

  2. Hi Deb:

Thanks for visiting my blog today. It is nice to find other Christian bloggers. We do have a lot in common - music tastes, etc.

I noticed the quote at the top of your blog - I love the book Same Kind of Different as Me.

Looking forward to getting to know you better.

    Blessings,
    Joan
