Fantastic Friday - Edition #22

Jeremiah 29:11
Let's do a "Frivolous Friday".....
just a mishmash of stuff from the week!!!
****************************
This has been a full week for me....I've spray painted, mended, mopped, cleaned, met a friend at a local park to walk, had lunch with another friend, played with boys, crafted, crocheted, mowed....baked....cooked....studied....read....
WOW!!!
My prayer is that the Lord lets me keep up this pace for a few weeks....
....I've got a super long "to do" list!!!
****************************
Did you notice.....we have a button for our Fantastic Friday linky party, in case you want to put it on your blog.  The code is over on the right!
****************************
Also.....did you notice.....my new page at the top titled "Landing Sites"?  I've put a few of the sites there that I like to land on every chance I get!!!
****************************
Also....speaking of pages.....when you get a chance, check out
"Reading Twelve in 2011".  This is a collection of books that I'm reading each month during this year and a brief synopsis of each one!!!
****************************
Yesterday, I had to get up really early and be on the road by 5:30 to take my Mom to a 6:30 appointment.  As I pulled out onto the highway....there was the biggest, brightest, most beautiful moon!!
What a blessing....to go along with the fact that my Mom's test results were great!!!

That's the third medical test between my Mom and me in the last few months that came back....
NO CANCER....
....including one that I had to wait 3 months to have repeated....
.....that was a rather long 3 months!!!

Praise the Lord for answered prayers!!!

****************************

And....speaking of prayer....if you follow Jess' blog (she's our daughter)....she let the cat out of the bag this week and we are asking for y'all to pray for her and her hubby and our GRAND-sons....
....and Pappy and me, too!!!
If you haven't already been over there....
....check this out....

Pappy and Nannie are bursting at the seams with joy!!!

So....
....that's about enough excitement for one week, dontcha think?!?!
;-)

Don't forget to link up below....leave me a comment about what a fantastic week you've had....and visit others and make some new friends!!!

Oh....and one more itty-bitty request....invite others!!!  Let's try to make lots of new friends this week!!!

HOPE your weekend is chock full of blessings,
Sweet Reader!!!

In His Most Precious Love....and with mine!!!

  2. You HAVE had a busy week! I sure enjoyed checking out some of your new tabs...

I was very inspired by the Red Sea Rules (which I saw that you have read). Radical is on my list. I really must get my hands on it. Since my shelves are full and spilling over, I try to get most of my books from our public library. Not ideal, since then I can't mark in the....but suits the billfold just fine :) I can always take notes...
