Fantastic Friday - Edition #25

First of all, thank all of you sooooo much for your kinds words yesterday about my trouble with fear.  I often hesitate to share things like that because I feel like it just shows how weak I am....but I also know that's what the ole devil wants....for us to just try to handle things on our own and keep getting deeper and deeper into trouble.  I thank our Lord for prompting me to just be open and honest....and again I thank you all for your thoughts and prayers!!!

So, now.....I'm hoping that I get the linky right the first time today.
I still miss Mr. Linky 'cause it was so simple and you know that's exactly what I need....simplicity!!!

Speaking of simple....here's the simplest little recipe EVER for a tasty cobbler!!!  I've made several of these lately (see why I have such a hard time getting my weight back off).  Our neighbors have a new baby boy and I took them a blackberry one....and I took peach to our homecoming dinner at church....yum, yum!!!  I forgot to get a picture before it was cut into....but here's what we brought home....

 1 Cup Cobbler

1 Cup Self-Rising Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Milk
1 Stick Margarine or Butter
1 Quart Fruit

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt the margarine/butter and place in a 2 quart baking dish.
Mix flour, sugar and milk and beat until well mixed.
Pour over the melted butter....but do not stir.
Pour the berries over this....but do not stir.
Bake until the crust rises to the top and browns.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream (preferably Mayfield ;-)

See, I told y'all.....easy-peasy!!!

I would be so appreciative if you would link up below....and leave a comment.  You might even want to include either in the comment, or on your blog your own simple recipe!!!

Hope y'all have a Fantastic Friday.....and weekend!!!

In HIS Most Precious Love....and with mine!!!

Blessings,

Deb
