Friday Fotos.....

Gonna share several photos today.....
gotta show off the grands!!!!
A few weeks ago we took the boys to Lowe's to make firetrucks.
It was quite chilly and windy that Saturday morning so we brought ours home and Pappy helped the boys build them when it warmed up a bit outside!!!

Pappy and I weren't sure we would ever be blessed with grand babies.....
until Jess got pregnant with this precious boy.
His name is based on I Samuel 1:27
For this child I prayed;
and the Lord hath given me my petition which I asked of him.

This sweet boy already has such a merciful heart!
Sometimes he says things that are way beyond the realm of what you would expect from a little boy his age!!!

Both of our older boys have already asked Jesus into their hearts!!

Pappy has more patience in his little finger than I do in my entire body!!!
He is certainly filled with "long suffering"!!!

Isn't she just absolutely beautiful?
We sure think so.
What a blessing to have a little grand-girl who calls me "my Nannie"!!!

We never dreamed we would have another newborn grand baby....
until this bundle of happiness was born!!!
When I hold him and he smiles up at me.....
oh, my.....
I don't even have the words to describe how it makes me feel!!!

I'm not using this verse of scripture because I feel I deserve any of the awesome things God has seen fit to bless me with.
I'm using it because it totally describes how these babies make my heart feel......
running over
poured into my lap
(or sitting on my lap....;-)
and there's always room for more!!!

Luke 6:38
Give, and you will receive.
Your gift will return to you in full—
pressed down, shaken together to make room for more,
running over, and poured into your lap.
The amount you give will determine the amount you get back.

Ain't God good?
Oh, yes He is!!!

 Breathing in Jesus,

Deb

  1. What a treasure chest of blessings the Lord has given you and your husband, Deb! They are all beautiful. I understand what you are saying about the second oldest grandson. Our youngest granddaughter (and youngest of our three grands) is the same way. And to be called "Nannie" is a treasure in itself but when that beautiful little girl with that award winning smile calls you "My Nannie"...well, my heart would melt right there! Thanks so much for sharing your grands with us today, Debbie.

Kind words are like honey—
sweet to the soul and healthy for the body.
