Change.....

Change:
to become different
to make (someone or something) different

Well, has anybody noticed a bit of a change here at "Breathing in Grace"?
I got a "wild hair" to change up the look.
I've had just a one large column blog for several years,
and I'm not sure what possessed me.....
but I decided it was time to do a bit of sprucing up!!!
Maybe it has something to do with the time of year,
because I go into "nesting" mode in the fall of the year and start cleaning and "changing" things around!!!
(could be because we moved into our house in September and Jess was  born 2 weeks later)

My precious blogging friend, Ms. Mary who blogs at Visits With Mary,
left me this comment last Friday regarding the changes in my childhood home:

"Sometimes change is good and sometimes change is not so good."

How about y'all?
Do you embrace change?
Do you realize that there are some things that we have no control over when changes  are made?
Do you have something about your life that you're trying to change?

One thing we know for sure.....
our precious Lord and Savior NEVER changes!!!

Amen....and Amen!!!

Breathing in Grace,

  1. Sometimes I hate changes. But I know there are also good changes.

  2. I like your new look here at the blog, Deb! Changes aren't always bad...the changing of the colors of our trees right now is a beautiful thing! Other changes are a bit harder for me to embrace. I, too, am grateful for the fact that Jesus never changes!

  3. We are blessed beyond measure that our God never changes. He is with us thru good times and bad times, an never ending source of strength and comfort in our lives. May He cover you in His grace and peace this wonderful day He has made. ((hugs))

  4. Hi Deb! It looks really nice here! Very professional...do you like it? That's what counts.
Change...well, I'm okay at it. Not right away though. I am always taken by surprise by new things. I can rebound, but it does take a bit. My husband is not good at change at all. I guess I seem like a wild-hair next to him!
But change is good. If I change the way He wants me to :)
    Blessings,
    Ceil
