A Hoary Head!!!

Isaiah 46:4
I will be your God throughout your lifetime—
until your hair is white with age.
I made you, and I will care for you.
I will carry you along and save you.

Leviticus 19:32
Stand up in the presence of the elderly,
and show respect for the aged.
 Fear your God.
I am the Lord.

Proverbs 16:31
Gray hair is a crown of glory;
it is gained by living a godly life.

Depending on which version of the Bible you read from,

the hair of our old age will be described as hoary, gray, white, or aged!!!

But....no matter what it's  called....I've got it!!!!

And, I'm inclined to believe that I've totally earned every single one of 'em!!!
(but maybe not the saggy chin!!!)

In HIS Most Precious Love....and with mine!!!

Blessings,
Deb

  2. LOVE This post!!!!

I love grey hair. I think confident people wear it proudly! Of course since I have such long hair it would take boxes and boxes to color all that grey away! LOL

  3. What a great attitude. We should all wear our grey hair with pride. Well, except for me. I am just not ready to accept that yet.

  6. My hair has naturally changed colour over the years. Finally I went from a nordic blond to completely white...never saw the grey. I know it makes me look younger to colour it, but I can't be bothered any more. One of my friends has come to wearing different coloured wrappings on her head, and she looks so great that I am considering doing the same.
