{ (be)Present }

I've started typing my "word for 2016" like this:

(be)Present.

That's just to help clarify what God is trying to get across to me.....
that He is asking me to be present, not live in the past or in the future.

To just enjoy life, one moment at a time!

He spoke to me about my word Tuesday, as our youngest grandson sat on my lap watching Thomas and Friends.  I knew his Momma and siblings were on their way to pick him up and I told him that Nannie was going to be sad when he left.  Know what this little 2.5 year old cutie said?

"Well, I'm here now".

Kids have such a simple way of looking at things.
They don't even know how to complicate things like us adults do.

It was a simple profound statement,
"out of the mouth of babes"!

P.S....don't forget tomorrow is Friday Foto Friends!!
